Summary:

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system stability and optimize support processes.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
• Ability to work with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
