- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Ability to work with various IT infrastructure components and understand their interactions.
- Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices.
