• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
• Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Ability to work with various IT infrastructure components and understand their interactions.
• Familiarity with service management frameworks and best practices.
