This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system anomalies and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and provide timely support.
• Document and communicate issue resolutions and system changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience in managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Salesforce environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data management, including data import, export, and validation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in system analysis and issue resolution.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
