- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues within complex IT environments.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service frameworks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of disruptions.
- Familiarity with configuration management and service catalog management in ITSM platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
