Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance overall service quality.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within IT service management platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and data to identify root causes of incidents.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes within IT environments.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
