Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Application Support Engineer (SME) with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Nexthink to drive end-to-end endpoint management and digital workplace experience. The role focuses on advanced support, proactive monitoring, automation (Agentic solutions), and service optimization across enterprise environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end administration of Intune, SCCM, and EUC environments
• Manage device lifecycle, application deployment, patching, compliance, and endpoint security
• Utilize Nexthink for digital employee experience monitoring, analytics, and proactive issue resolution
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using logs and telemetry
• Drive automation and self-healing solutions (PowerShell / Agentic AI)
• Ensure SLA adherence, stakeholder coordination, and continuous service improvement
• Mentor team members and support delivery governance

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune & SCCM (Co-management, Autopilot, WUfB, OSD)
• Hands-on experience with Nexthink (DEX monitoring, dashboards, campaigns, automation)
• Experience in application packaging, patch management, and endpoint security (Defender)
• Advanced troubleshooting and log analysis skills
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Additional Information:

• 12+ years IT experience (12 years in Intune/SCCM)
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
