Industry: Special purpose machine (SPM)/ Industrial AutomationExperience: Min: 2 years Job Responsibilities
- Provide turnkey assembly and testing solutions for Automotive, Engineering, Medical Devices, and Solar Industries by preparing & converting techno-commercial proposals into orders.
- Analyze RFQs and customer needs to propose optimal design concepts and prepare detailed layout schemes, technical proposals, BOMs, and quotations.
- Review and validate BOMs, cost estimations, cycle time diagrams, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Lead negotiations, finalize orders, & ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct market analysis and drive business development by acquiring new customers and meeting order acquisition targets.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in special-purpose machine building and automation, with a focus on applications, sales, or design.
- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Detail-oriented, diligent, and an ability to foster a compliance-driven culture in a factory environment.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of special-purpose machine (SPM) design, pneumatics, hydraulics, 3D modeling, and AutoCAD.
