The Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
Responsibilities
Provide support and remediation across Business Applications.
Work with Business Applications teams and system owners’ managers to ideate software solutions.
Design client-side and server-side architecture.
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
Write effective APIs.
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
Create security and data protection settings.
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
Write technical documentation.
Provide accurate information on IT products or Services.

Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support with the Vendors.
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Participate and collaborate in requirement analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployments, as well as planning.
Work with the team across multiple geographies.
Understand the responsibilities of Novotech as a service provider in the pharmaceutical industry and ensure all communications with external parties present a positive professional image of the company.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
3 years’ experience as a Developer in one of the Enterprise Applications in use at Novotech, with role-specific certifications.
Chinese or Korean speaking would be a significant advantage.

Able to participate meaningfully across Australia, China, and Indian time zones.
3+ years of experience with some combination of Salesforce, Financial Force, Oracle Fusion, Veeva, Concur, or SABA in a software developer role.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
Familiarity with common stacks.
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Node.js).
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache) and UI/UX design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
