The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AR/AP operations and strong accounting fundamentals. : : ARAP Associate : On-site | Vadodara, Gujarat : Full-time | Work from Office : US Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST) : 2 Years : Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receivables accurately Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer accounts Ensure timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with US accounting practices Monitor AR/AP aging reports and follow up on pending items Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution Support month-end closing and reporting activities : Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Minimum 2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting Good understanding of accounting principles and processes Hands-on experience with Excel (basic to intermediate level) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment : Must be comfortable working in US shift timings (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST) Strictly on-site role (Vadodara office) Immediate joiners preferred ?
