Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee and/or Assistant Manager] [Accounts Payable]! The SME / Team Leader Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounts payable operations ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments and leading a team to meet service level agreements (SL As). The role involves process improvement stakeholder management and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Responsibilities:
Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers
Process invoices with PO buy-sell Process (Post G Rs manually)
Reconcile vendor statements GIRIR clearing and Debit balances
Ensure quality of AP processes handling of all not compliant and not standard processes within the country
Engage with multiple partners including both internal and external
As a team leader you will also supervise and guide your team in daily activities
SO Ps revisit at regular intervals and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signoff
