Analyze data and build Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for business decision-making. Work with stakeholders to translate data into meaningful stories and reporting outputs. What are we looking for? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or BI
Must-Have Skills
- Strong data understanding and analytical thinking
- Power BI (Dashboards, DAX, Data Modeling, Power Query)
- SQL / Excel for data analysis
- KPI reporting and data visualization
- Data cleaning and transformation
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic statistical techniques
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of primary and secondary research
- Experience with survey/market research analytics
- Python/R for analytics
- Exposure to Tableau/Qlik
Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform data extraction, cleaning, validation, and transformation
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports independently
- Create data models and DAX measures for reporting
- Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Enable KPI tracking and reporting automation
