Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will move beyond simple reporting to provide actionable insights that shape our hiring strategy. You will be the technical expert within the recruiting team, utilizing SQL and Advanced Excel to uncover trends & identify bottlenecks in our hiring process.
If you love digging into large datasets to answer "why" and "how" questions, and you have hands-on experience querying databases, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze the end-to-end recruitment funnel to identify drop-off points and inefficiencies.
- Track and evaluate core Talent Acquisition KPIs, including Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Source of Hire, and Quality of Hire.
Technical Reporting & Dashboarding
- Write SQL queries to extract raw hiring data directly from our data warehouse or HRIS/ATS systems.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards (using Excel or visualization tools) to give recruiters and hiring managers real-time visibility into pipeline health.
- Perform ad-hoc data requests, translating complex data sets into clear, narrative-driven presentations.
