Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored Loan Against Property solutions
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities by leveraging the bank's products and services, including Mortgages and Open Market offerings
- Collaborate with the bank's internal teams, such as Credit and Operations, to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the loan application and approval process
- Actively monitor and manage the assigned loan portfolio, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any client concerns or issues
- Leverage the bank's network of DSA (Direct Sales Agents) to source and originate new Loan Against Property leads
- Maintain detailed records and documentation related to client interactions, loan applications, and portfolio management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of the Loan Against Property business
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on Loan Against Property or Mortgage products
