The Compliance Risk Intelligence team is part of the GCE and is responsible for designing and delivering data analytics, reporting solutions, and insights to strengthen compliance risk management and decision-making. The team’s objective is to monitor and report potential compliance risks within issues, events, remediation and complaints in accordance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
The Compliance Risk Intelligence team is looking for an Analyst – Analytics & BI Reporting with strong hands on experience in advance Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery and analytics to convert complex data into impactful insights and compelling business stories. You will collaborate across business units to proactively identify risks, track performance metrics, and support executive decision-making through data-driven intelligence.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI and Tableau dashboards and analytics reports that visualize key compliance and operational metrics.
- Design and implement automated reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and accuracy in compliance risk management. Create automated and scalable reporting solutions to reduce manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and visual stories to communicate trends and insights to senior leadership. Deliver actionable insights to drive process improvements, enhance risk mitigation strategies, and strengthen overall governance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support regulatory reporting needs.
- Support data-driven strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with compliance and business priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer science/ Data Engineering, or other related fields.
