We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our growing team. Location: Bangalore, Work from office.Experience: 02 yearsStart Date: Immediate What You'll Do:

• Conduct industry and company research for M&A and fundraising
• Support senior bankers in deal execution, financial analysis, and pitch preparation
• Build and review detailed financial models and valuation materials
• Prepare client presentations and transaction documentation
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and liaise with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Experience/Intership in investment banking, consulting, research, or corporate finance
• Bachelor / Masters degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; exposure to valuation methods and modeling preferred
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Team player with an attitude to hustle and learn
