KPI Partners is looking for a driven and execution-focused Alliance Operationsto own and manage our strategic partnerships with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft, GCP. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Leadership, and External Partner Teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing cloud/data partnerships and driving measurable outcomes across partner program management, deal registrations, marketplace initiatives, funding programs, and GTM alignment. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership and measurable revenue impact. Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage KPIs partner relationships with AWS, Snowflake, and GCP
- Track tier requirements, specializations, competencies, certifications, and revenue thresholds
- Drive initiatives to achieve and maintain partner tier upgrades
- Coordinate badge usage, branding compliance, and partner program governance Deal Registration & Pipeline Governance Manage deal registrations across partner portals
- Track approvals, expiry timelines, and conflict management Monitor partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Maintain structured reporting for leadership Marketplace & Co-Sell Motion
- Support and coordinate Cloud Marketplace listings (AWS Marketplace, Snowflake Marketplace, GCP Marketplace)
- Work with technical teams to align packaging and technical prerequisites
- Drive co-sell motions with partner AEs and track co-sell influenced revenue
- Maintain opportunity tracking dashboards for partner engagement Partner GTM & Ecosystem Visibility
- Work closely with Partner Marketing teams (internal and external) to amplify KPIs presence within partner ecosystems
- Align KPI offerings with partner annual focus areas, industry plays, and strategic priorities Drive joint initiatives such as webinars, thought leadership campaigns, marketplace promotions, case studies, and partner events
- Ensure KPI participates actively in partner-led events, field engagements, and ecosystem programs to increase brand visibility
- Translate partnership strategy into tangible GTM traction and pipeline impact
- Identify and apply for funding programs (MDF, migration incentives, POCs, etc.)
- Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to define funding-backed opportunities
- Track funding utilization and reporting requirements Cross-Functional Coordination Act as liaison between: o Sales (deal tracking, AE connects, co-sell support) o Marketing (campaign alignment, webinars, content, events) o Delivery teams (specializations, certifications, referenceable wins) L&D (badge tracking, certification alignment)
