Key Responsibilities: • Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes. • Provide information and support to passengers regarding flight details, delays, and policies. • Coordinate with various airport departments such as security, maintenance, and flight operations. • Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings at all times. • Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Perform routine inspections of the airport premises, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for passengers. • Manage baggage claims and lost luggage issues. • Assist in the preparation and execution of emergency procedures, when necessary.
