Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Lead the AI Pre-Production team across story development, screenplay writing, storyboarding, and animatic creation.
Develop compelling stories, scripts, visual narratives, and creative concepts for AI-powered films, advertisements, educational content, and digital media.
Convert ideas into structured scripts, shot breakdowns, storyboards, and production-ready pre-visualization documents.
Create and supervise animatics to establish pacing, camera language, transitions, and scene flow before production.
Review and refine creative outputs produced by writers, storyboard artists, and AI artists to ensure consistency, quality, and creative excellence.
Collaborate closely with AI Production, Motion, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-production to production.
Mentor junior team members, assign creative tasks, conduct reviews, and provide constructive feedback throughout the pre-production pipeline.

Other requirements
Graduates or final-year students in Animation, Film Making, Visual Communication, Design, Mass Communication, Media Production, Game Design, Digital Arts, or related fields are preferred.
Strong understanding of storytelling, screenplay writing, storyboarding, animatics, cinematic language, and visual storytelling.
Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Leonardo AI, or similar AI-powered creative platforms is preferred.
Ability to lead creative teams, assign tasks, provide constructive feedback, and manage multiple pre-production deliverables simultaneously.
Strong communication, creative thinking, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 2,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 6,000 /month
