Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Direct AI-led films by collaborating with AI tools for storyboarding, visual design, casting, and screenplay development.
Experiment with and develop new visual styles, storytelling techniques, and creative formats using AI technologies.
Evaluate AI-generated content, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and provide feedback to enhance content quality and creative output.
Work closely with the team to refine AI-generated films and improve overall audience appeal and storytelling effectiveness.
Test completed films with target audiences and gather feedback to inform future creative direction.
Drive audience engagement, viewership, and content distribution initiatives to maximize reach and impact.
Become a power user of the company's proprietary tool by exploring its capabilities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Report bugs, workflow inefficiencies, quality issues, and feature enhancement suggestions to support product development.
Analyze content performance metrics, audience behavior, and feedback to identify patterns and insights.
Collaborate with product, creative, and growth teams to apply audience insights toward future content, product, and marketing decisions.
Stay updated on emerging AI tools, creative technologies, and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and best practices.

Other requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Film & Media, Visual Communication, Animation, Creative Arts, or a related field. Strong self-taught creators with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of various storytelling formats and media, along with a strong appreciation for high-quality video content.
Experience creating content on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, X, or similar channels, with a portfolio or track record of published creative work.
Familiarity with AI video generation tools and AI-powered creative workflows, along with a genuine interest in the future of AI-driven content creation.
Strong understanding of what makes content engaging, with a keen eye for visuals, pacing, storytelling, and internet-native content formats.
Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and discover effective approaches through rapid iteration.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and collaborating closely with founders or small teams to build and scale new initiatives.
Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
