Our mission is to empower Amazon's LLMs through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) across various categories at high speed. ### Basic qualifications - Bachelor's degree or B2/B2.2 certification in Turkish Language. - 1+ years of experience in content or editorial writing. - Proficient in Turkish & English language. - Candidate must demonstrate language proficiency in all the following: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension. - Required language level: Graduation/B2/ B2.2 Certification - Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and projects. - Proficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment. ### Preferred qualifications - Post Graduation degree in Turkish Language.
