About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Work directly with the founders to understand jewellery business processes and convert requirements into AI-driven automation solutions.

1. Design and implement digital workflows involving product data, images, inventory management, CRM, customer communication, reporting dashboards, and internal operations.

1. Build automation systems using AI tools, APIs, databases, Excel automation, and no-code/low-code platforms to improve business efficiency.

1. Develop product intelligence systems by organizing jewellery photos, specifications, pricing information, and searchable digital catalogues.

1. Analyse customer engagement, social media performance, and business data to provide actionable insights.

1. Research and implement emerging AI technologies suitable for luxury retail and jewellery operations.

1. Take ownership of technology projects from planning to execution with continuous business inputs from the founders.

Other requirements
