We are looking for a rare breed of intern: an 'AI and Business Automation intern.' We do not want someone who simply waits for a Jira ticket to build a workflow. We want a strategic thinker who can dive deep into a local business's messy operations, identify the bottlenecks, and design an elegant automated solution. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle: from understanding the client's pain points and pitching the ROI of your solution, to architecting, building, and deploying the automation pipeline using tools like n8n and Make.com.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Business strategy and consulting: audit the operational workflows of our SME clients. Identify repetitive, manual tasks that are costing them time or money.
Client pitching and communication: present your automation strategies to business owners. You must be able to translate complex tech (APIs, webhooks) into clear business outcomes (e.g., "This WhatsApp automation will save your receptionist 15 hours a week and prevent missed leads").
Workflow architecture and building: design and build robust, scalable automation pipelines using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
Integration engineering: connect third-party apps, Webhooks, REST APIs, WhatsApp Business API, Web3Forms, Google Sheets, and AI models (LLMs).
Deployment and scaling: test edge cases, deploy reliable automations, and ensure they scale smoothly as the client's business grows.

Other requirements
Hands-on experience with visual automation builders (n8n, Make.com).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON payloads.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript/Node.js or Python) is a massive plus.
You understand that a beautiful n8n workflow is useless if it doesn't solve a real business problem. You naturally think in terms of "ROI," "time saved," and "efficiency."
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable jumping on a call with a local business owner and explaining your ideas simply and persuasively.
Candidates who are relentlessly curious. When an API breaks or a webhook fails, you know how to read the documentation and debug it independently.

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
