- Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and
workforce needs.
- Provide strategic HR insights and solutions to support business
priorities.
- Drive organization design, manpower planning, and capability
building initiatives.
- 2. Talent & Performance Management
- Facilitate goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance review
processes.
- Identify high potentials and support succession planning.
- Collaborate with managers on development plans and capability
enhancement.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and
retention.
- Conduct periodic one-on-one connect sessions and skip-level
meetings.
- Partner with leaders to create a positive and inclusive work
environment.

- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Work with TA team to ensure timely hiring as per manpower plan.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and cultural integration of new
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage HR processes including confirmation, transfers, exits, and
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory
- Provide data insights and dashboards for business reviews.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams and

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
- 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate,
infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven track record as an HRBP managing end-to-end people
