We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Engineer (L1/L2) to provide operational and technical support for SharePoint On premises, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and related collaboration technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, managing SharePoint sites and permissions, supporting business users and resolving incidents within agreed service levels.
Support Responsibilities
Provide L1 and L2 support for SharePoint On-premise and SharePoint Online related issues.
Respond to and resolve user queries through ticketing systems, email, MS Teams.
Troubleshoot common issues related to site access, permissions, document libraries, lists, workflows, and search functionality.
Perform user account administration and access management.
Monitor support queues and ensure incidents are handled within SLA requirements.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Investigate and resolve advanced SharePoint Online issues related to site collections, permissions inheritance, metadata, content types, and document management.
