This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results.
This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting.
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 3 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs.
The Advice Product Management job is part of the management of end-to-end investment products, in terms of its description, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and value of the service. This job may guide the investment leadership and relationship management discussion about the shape and content of the investment product portfolio delivered by the organization. This job is part of a team of professionals focused on the creation and management of product, promotion, communication, distribution strategies and programs designed to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Leads oversight of profitability, investment performance, governance, operating model, vendor management and strategic direction of investment products.
Oversees structuring changes of products or accounts and fosters strategic partnership between product management and portfolio management, legal, accounting, and client servicing teams.
Leads monitoring efforts of governance matters with various private fund boards and internal committees relating to product development and administration.
Verifies that clients are provided with excellent customer service and expert assistance on assigned product matters by designated team members.
Knowledge of agile development and JIRA work tools a plus.

Driving a User Acceptance Testing plan to ultimately ensure that Features delivered meet the desired specifications.
