Role Overview You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships and unlocking new revenue streams across digital advertising channels. The role requires a strong understanding of ad-tech ecosystems, monetization models, and market dynamics, along with the ability to collaborate across product, marketing, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard advertising partners, agencies, and platform collaborators Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and monetization initiatives Build and manage relationships with brands, agencies, and ad networks Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing models (CPC, CPM, CPA), and deal structures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align monetization strategies with business goals Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and emerging ad-tech opportunities Track campaign and partnership performance to ensure KPIs and revenue targets are met Prepare business cases, presentations, and growth reports for leadership What Were Looking For 2-8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within digital advertising, media, or ad-tech Strong understanding of ads monetization models and ecosystem dynamics Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value partnerships Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Analytical mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities and trends Preferred Experience Exposure to programmatic advertising, ad networks, or media agencies Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics) Strong strategic thinking with execution focus Why Join Opportunity to work in a high-growth digital business environment Play a key role in building and scaling ads monetization strategy High visibility role with direct impact on revenue and partnerships
