Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube & GMB campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Track performance using CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and take action when numbers drop.
- Build and improve funnels, WhatsApp automations, CRM integrations, and lead tracking systems.
- Maintain accurate lead records and submit monthly qualified lead reports.

Other requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & lead-gen funnels, not just setup.
- Knows how to navigate Meta & Google healthcare ad restrictions across markets, restricted claims, compliance rules, and how to stay approved without losing reach.
- Understands conversion tracking, CPL, ROAS, and WhatsApp lead flows end-to-end.
- Self-driven, analytical, and able to share a portfolio or case study showing real results.
