Key Responsibilities
Workfront Solution Design & Configuration
- Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to meet business needs.
- Design and implement workflows, approvals, routing rules, and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance.
- Build and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability.
Integrations & Automation
- Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems.
- Create event-driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues with clear root-cause analysis.
Reporting, Dashboards & Adoption
- Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements.
- Support user onboarding, documentation, and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices.
AI Enablement
- Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
