Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, integration, and support of ADMS capabilities aligned to electric utility operational needs. Serve as the subject matter expert across SCADA, DMS, OMS, GIS, and EMS workflows, ensuring consistent operational processes and system interoperability. Define functional and technical requirements, use cases, and operating procedures for real-time distribution operations and control room functions. Drive integration design between ADMS and upstream/downstream systems (SCADA/EMS, OMS, GIS), including data models, interfaces, and event/telemetry flows. Ensure grid reliability and operational efficiency by optimizing alarms, events, switching, tagging, and outage/restoration processes across platforms. Lead system configuration, validation, and commissioning activities; support go-live readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare stabilization.
