Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding courses and admissions
• Counsel prospective students on program offerings, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission procedures
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly
• Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion ratio
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing
• Conduct campus tours / virtual sessions for prospective students (if applicable)
• Participate in admission events, seminars, and outreach activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
