About the job

We are growing our academic outreach team and looking for dedicated professionals to act as a bridge for 12th-pass and final-year graduation students. Your core responsibility will be to act as a bridge for 12th-pass and final-year graduation students who want to continue their higher education but are held back by severe financial constraints.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outreach to connect with students facing financial hardships and understand their academic aspirations.

1. Educate students and their families about highly flexible, budget-friendly online and distance education tracks.

1. Assist eligible candidates in navigating institutional scholarships, fee waivers, financial aid, and structured EMI options to ensure zero drop-outs.

1. Manage the end-to-end documentation, verification, and onboarding pipeline for institutional enrollment.

1. Provide continuous, empathetic mentorship to students, acting as their primary point of contact throughout their educational journey.

Skill(s) Required

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

High level of patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset

Basic proficiency in data management (Google Sheets / MS Excel)
