St. Mary's University, Hyderabad, is looking for dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counsellors to support admissions for our LLB and LLM programs. This role is ideal for candidates with a legal education background who can effectively connect with aspiring law students, guide them through the admission process, and help them make informed academic decisions.
Candidates with an LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM, or a legal education background are highly preferred, as they can better understand student aspirations and effectively communicate the value of legal education and the career opportunities it offers.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding LLB and LLM programs through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Explain program features, eligibility criteria, the admission process, fee structure, and career opportunities.
Handle student inquiries and convert leads into successful admissions.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and working professionals seeking legal education.
Follow up with prospective students and ensure timely completion of applications.
Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admission activities in CRM systems.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to facilitate a smooth admissions process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Deliver an excellent student experience throughout the admission journey.

This position is related to university admissions and student counselling for LLB and LLM programs. It does not involve legal practice, litigation, court appearances, legal drafting, or legal advisory work.

Preferred Qualifications:
LLB, BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLM, or an equivalent legal education background preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counselling, education sales, telesales, student engagement, or related roles.
Fresh law graduates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
