About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, recommend suitable courses, and convert inquiries into enrolments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Sales

• Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Understand student career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course curriculum, fees, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
• Handle objections and assist students in making informed decisions.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.

Lead Management

• Follow up on fresh, warm, and cold leads assigned through CRM.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
• Maintain regular follow-ups until admission closure.
• Ensure timely response to all inquiries.

CRM & Reporting

• Update lead status, counselling notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and student interactions.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Coordination & Student Experience

• Coordinate with the Operations, Academic, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding.
• Support students during the admission and payment process.
• Ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrolment.
