Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily office operations, including housekeeping, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.

1. Handle office logistics, including procurement, courier management, and asset tracking.

1. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office functioning.

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

1. Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and workstation setup.

1. Maintain employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.

1. Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on action items across teams.

1. Assist in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and office communications.

1. Ensure compliance with office policies, workplace standards, and housekeeping guidelines.

1. Manage general administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.

1. Coordinate employee travel arrangements and related logistics.

1. Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day employee queries related to office administration.

Other requirements
