The candidate will assist in maintaining records, coordinating office activities, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should be proficient in digital documentation, capable of maintaining accurate records and activity logs, and committed to following IT security and data confidentiality requirements. Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and digital process management will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support
- Assist in managing day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documents.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier communications.
- Support procurement and vendor coordination activities as required.Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain accurate digital logs of assigned activities and office transactions.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, retrieval, and version control of documents.
- Keep records updated and readily available for audits and management review.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and administrative documentation.Compliance & IT Security Support
- Adhere to company IT security, confidentiality, and data protection policies.
- Ensure secure handling of company information and sensitive documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational records and communications.
- Report any security concerns, compliance issues, or policy violations to supervisors.Technology & Process Support
- Use office software, digital collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools efficiently.
- Support process tracking, data entry, and workflow management activities.
- Assist in improving administrative processes through effective use of technology.Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, or a related field.
