We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrator to manage daily operations at our educational institute. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain student records, coordinate schedules, support faculty and staff, and assist students and parents with queries. The Administrator will play an important role in ensuring smooth functioning of academic and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the institute
Maintain student records, documentation, and attendance data
Coordinate class schedules, faculty timetables, and academic processes
Handle front-desk operations and assist students/parents with queries
Organize and update files, reports, and institutional data
Support faculty and management with communication and planning
Monitor office supplies, cleanliness, and basic facility requirements
Assist during admissions, examinations, meetings, and events
Ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and management
Skills Required
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Good communication & interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage documentation and data entry
Strong time management and multitasking skills
