We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration & Facilities Associate to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of workplace facilities across multiple office locations.The ideal candidate should have experience in administration, hospitality coordination, vendor management, and employee support with a problem-solving approach and good coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall office administration and facility operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and support staff
- Handle vendor management and AMC/service follow-ups
- Ensure proper maintenance of office spaces, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Oversee office assets, inventory, and stationery management
- Maintain Guest hospitality and workplace experience standards
- Ensure smooth functioning across multiple office locations
- Support management in day-to-day operational activities
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Facilities / Hospitality Management / Administration.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of vendor handling and office operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and emails
- Presentable, responsible, and organized personality
Preferred BackgroundCandidates from hospitality, administration, facility management, or workplace operations background will be preferred. LocationAhmedabad Experience1 to 3 years
