About the Role
St. Mary's Rehabilitation University, Hyderabad, is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive/Academic Operations Executive to support day-to-day administrative and academic operations.
The role involves managing records, documentation, student information, admissions support, coordinating activities, report preparation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
The candidate will work closely with the university administration, academic teams, students, and parents to maintain efficient operations and accurate records.
The role will report directly to the Admin Office Head and coordinate with various departments for administrative and academic requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain official records, documents, files, and databases.
Handle administrative communication, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities.
Prepare administrative reports, presentations, and operational updates.
Maintain and update student academic records and databases.
Prepare student reports, attendance reports, and required documentation.
Support student admissions, registrations, and enrollment processes.
Coordinate examination-related documentation and result records.

Handle student and parent inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
Process forms, invoices, and payments, and maintain related records.
Maintain student fee payment records, receipts, and financial documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Reporting Structure:
The Administrative Executive/Academic Operations Executive will report directly to the Admin Office Head and work closely with university administration, academic teams, and other departments.
