Location: Ahmedabad Qualification: B.Com / BCA Experience: 2+ Years Salary: 25,000 35,000+ per month (Based on Experience & Skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth daily operations.
- Manage documentation, records, and business correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports and administrative records.
- Handle task follow-ups, office coordination, and operational support.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and basic HR activities.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and effective communication across departments.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
