Job Title: Ad Operations Executive (Junior)Location: BangaloreExperience: 13 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Ad Operations Executive to support the execution and management of digital advertising campaigns. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, and operational excellence.You will work closely with the strategy lead to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Monitor daily campaign performance and flag anomalies
- Maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and delivery
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
- Ensure proper tracking (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking)
- Follow SOPs and checklists for campaign execution
- Coordinate with internal teams for creatives and assets
- Troubleshoot basic issues in campaign setup and deliveryRequired Skills & Qualifications
- 02 years of experience in digital marketing / ad operations
- Basic understanding of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow processes and execute consistently
Preferred
- Experience with campaign reporting tools or dashboards
- Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Analytics)
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS)What Were Looking For
