Job Description :- We are seeking a proactive and organised Acquisitions Assistant to join our UK Property Management team, operating from our Rajkot office. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between landlords, letting agents, local councils, and the London client team, supporting the sourcing and onboarding of suitable properties. The ideal candidate will be confident in communication, highly organised, and able to manage databases, outreach campaigns, property documentation, and daily coordination with the Director to maximise viewing opportunities and maintain strong professional relationships in a fast-paced International environment. Key Responsibilities :-
- Develop and maintain up-to-date databases of landlords, Letting agents, and local councils.2. Proactively contact landlords and agents in target areas to arrange property viewings and appointments.3. Plan and deliver weekly outreach campaigns to engage prospective propertypartners.4. Compile and produce reports based on Freedom of Information (FOI) requests conducted by organisation.5. Take ownership of procurement paperwork from the Director and streamline the process of efficiency.6. Prepare and manage all documentation required for onboarding new properties.7. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords and agents.8. Arrange and coordinate monthly meetings with clients to maintain high service standards.9. Manage and update the Company's Linkedln page with relevant content and engagement posts.10. Create and manage advertising campaigns as required.11. Develop marketing literature and materials for landlords and agents for regular use,12. Create and manage a Whatsapp broadcast list to communicate property requirements to landlords promptly.
A Typical Day :-
- Review daily property requirements and identify priority target areas.2. Contact landlords and agents within those through calls, emails, texts, or Whatsapp to arrange viewings.3. Coordinate with the Director to schedule appointments and maximise viewing opportunities.4. Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure deals progress smoothly.5. Attend a daily briefing with the Director to review targets, progress, and priorities.
Schedule: UK Shift Job Type : Full-time , Permanent Job Timings:-Mon - Fri (Afternoon Shift) :- 01:00 to 10:30 PM, Sat :- 01:00 to 7:30 PM (During Summers)Mon - Fri (Afternoon Shift) :- 01:00 to 11:30 PM, Sat :- 01:00 to 8:30 PM (During Winters) Salary :- 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month (based on experience and interview performance) Job Location : In Person
