- Lead Strategic Design Initiatives & Brand Communications: Drive design excellence across brand communications by applying a detailed understanding of graphic artistry concepts, processes, and systems; integrate this knowledge to lead and manage internal and external relationships.
- Produce & Oversee High-Quality Artwork: Produce and review accurate, high-quality artwork for omnichannel outputs using relevant software and materials; ensure all artwork satisfies creative briefs and meets business standards.
- Interpret & Translate Design Requirements: Interpret design briefs and style guides; translate outlined requirements into creative content, marketing assets, and finished artwork.
- Champion Quality Assurance & Compliance: Identify errors or discrepancies and execute corrections efficiently; ensure all artwork complies with internal policies, brand standards, campaign requirements, and relevant external regulations; escalate complex matters as appropriate.
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Think laterally and creatively to develop new ideas; proactively identify opportunities for more efficient and effective production processes, and make recommendations for continuous improvement; role model and champion innovation to drive engagement.
- Mentor & Develop Graphic Artists: Guide and mentor junior graphic artists, supporting skills development and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
- Manage Workflow & Prioritisation: Effectively use tools, technologies, and processes to achieve high attention to detail, meet deadlines, delegate and prioritise work, and optimise task management across multiple projects simultaneously.
