About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances.
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accounts payable records.
- Prepare and maintain GST-related documentation and reports.
- Record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and update accounting entries in accounting software.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchase orders, contracts, and billing requirements.
- Support monthly account reconciliations and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records and transactions.
- Assist in audits and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare MIS reports, payment status reports, and other financial reports as required.
