Job Overview The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate records of financial statements, processing invoices, handling accounts payable and receivable, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The Accounts Executive plays a key role in supporting audits, tax filings, and financial analysis, helping the finance team maintain financial accuracy and transparency. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of accounting principles and financial systems. ‍ Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Transaction Management: Enter data into Tally, includinginvoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions. Data Accuracy & Reconciliation: Verify and cross-check data foraccuracy and resolve any discrepancies Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records offinancial transactions, inventory levels, and other data. Basic Accounting & Collaboration: Assist in basic accounting tasks,including invoice management and account reconciliation.
