Position: Accounts Assistant (E-commerce & Amazon Operations)Location: Jaipur, RajasthanSalary: 20,00025,000 (In-hand)Company: Craft Trade & Kedia Home and Furnishing (KHF)We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with experience in e-commerce accounting, preferably handling Amazon Seller Central operations.Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and purchase entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Process Amazon settlements, reimbursements, and expense reports.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare GST working (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and maintain records in Tally ERP.
• Generate E-Way Bills and manage stock journals.
• Prepare daily financial summaries and MIS reports.
• Maintain invoices, receipts, and accounting documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and general administrative tasks.Requirements
• 24 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and GST compliance.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central settlements and e-commerce accounting is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Interested candidates can share their resume with their current CTC, expected salary, and notice period.
