About the RoleThis is a high-ownership operations role at the core of a fast-growing export business.You will work directly with the founder across accounts, export documentation, compliance, client coordination, and operational execution. The role is ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing business-critical workflows. You will help us build the operational backbone of an international pharma export company. Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & FinanceMaintain books of accounts in Zoho Books — invoices, receipts, expenses, and bank reconciliationCoordinate with CA for GST filings, TDS returns, audits, and compliance submissionsTrack receivables and follow up professionally with domestic and international clientsCoordinate foreign remittances and FIRC issuance with banking partnersMaintain eBRC documentation and support RoDTEP coordinationPrepare monthly MIS reports including P&L and cash flow snapshots2. Export Operations & CompliancePrepare and maintain export documentation:Commercial invoicesPacking listsShipping billsCertificates of OriginCOA and supporting compliance documentsCoordinate shipments with freight forwarders and courier partners (DHL/FedEx etc.)Track AWBs, delivery status, and shipment exceptionsManage DGFT-related activities including IEC, LUT renewals, and export complianceMaintain dispatch trackers, payment trackers, and order status sheets3. Client & Internal CoordinationMaintain CRM hygiene in Zoho CRMSupport quotation preparation and order confirmation workflowsCoordinate internally with technical and dispatch teams to ensure timely executionHandle client communication related to order status, dispatch, and documentation4.
