Accounting Analyst

About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team at Nextyn. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting operations, payments, invoicing, compliance coordination, and supporting financial processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
• Handle client invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Assist in payroll coordination and salary processing
• Support GST, TDS, PF, and other compliance-related activities
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data and approvals
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
• Assist during audits and month-end closing activities
• Work closely with the Finance Manager on operational finance tasks

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
• 13 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Good understanding of accounting principles and taxation basics
• Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

• Experience in service-based companies/startups
• Knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance
• Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders
