About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily books of accounts in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses, ledgers)
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS compliance with our CA
- Manage billing, invoicing, and daily cash/bank reconciliation
- Track inventory valuation and gold/silver rate-based stock records
- Prepare monthly reports on sales, expenses, and outstanding payments
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, and our CA for audits and filings
