The ideal candidate will be responsible for invoicing, tracking receivables, and coordinating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely mannerMonitor customer accounts for delayed payments and follow up for collectionsReconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted forInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in billing or paymentsMaintain up-to-date records of all receivables and client interactionsPrepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection forecastsCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) for smooth billing processesEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesHandle accrued income and revenue postings in accordance with accounting standards Key RequirementsBachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field24 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar finance roleStrong understanding of accounting principles and AR processesProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)Good communication and negotiation skills for client follow-upsHigh attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts Preferred SkillsExperience in handling B2B collectionsFamiliarity with ERP systemsStrong analytical and reporting skills Key CompetenciesAttention to DetailTime ManagementCommunication Skills
