Paid Media Executive / Junior Paid Media Specialist – Job DescriptionRole: Junior Paid Media Executive Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore Department: Performance Marketing About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of performance marketing and a keen interest in digital media trends and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as:Google AdsMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)LinkedIn AdsYouTube AdsMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.Support in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing.Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.Coordinate with creative/content teams for ad copies and creatives.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.Track campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and paid media.Required SkillsBasic understanding of performance marketing and paid advertising.Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Good analytical and reporting skills.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced agency/client environment. Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.Internship or prior exposure to digital marketing campaigns is preferred.
